Convenient location, and extremely kiiiiind staff---Kaiman, show me around the gym and patiently help me get my membership online. I do recommend the gym to my friends, cuz there are plenty of group classes for us to choose, fabulous experience, nice!!!!
Waited 15 minutes after pressing the visitor buzzer numerous times and not one member of staff came. I then had the exact same experience in the Great P St’ branch earlier that day already! I’m a PureGym member and disgusted by this, maybe focus your time on hiring less lazy road men and people with empathy.
a really nice spacious gym with high quality equipment, although in peak hours, occupancy can be full. i’ve also tried signing up for spinning and “legs, tums, bums” classes and the instructors were all so passionate and motivating (especially love the disco lights in spinning)! it’s near marylebone station so it’s quite convenient for commute as well.
