Great location just around the corner from the tube and main bus stops. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout. We had a great sleep with no noise heard. The receptionist was friendly but the check in was very basic as we didn’t know anything about check out times, breakfast or local amenities.
Stayed here 1 night for a business trip. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms were exceptionally quiet and immaculately clean (bonus points for the extra duvet, vegan bath products and a spacious bath with tub at no extra charge!) Will definitely choose primer for my next busines trip.
Overall experience was very good. As ever in London - it was overpriced, but at least we got a clean room, very handy location and a nice breakfast. In details: Check in screens were not working properly (couldn't pay for our reservation), so had to wait a bit for a staff member to serve other clients, but we were looked after well and with a smile. Room was very clean (reason for not booking a private let trough a popular website, as reviews of such overpriced places can lead you thinking about scarry movie set, not a place to rest). We took an upgraded room, so had kettle and Nesspresso machine with 4 coffee pods and selection of tea. ???????? Black-out blinds and good soundproofing meant a good night sleep. ????☺️ Breakfast offer (despite them being very quiet) was very well stocked and plenty to choose from. Smiling and polite staff. ???????? Towel count (as in other feedback) does not correlate to amount of people staying (just 1 big towel, 1 smaller hands towel and 1 floor towel), would not suffice if we'd stay more than 1 night. Only true negative: No toilet brush! Just... Why?????
Fantastic staff!! Amazing breakfast with all the vegan options. Delicious. We stayed here for 6 nights in February and I cannot fault anything. The staff are all so attentive and helpful. Everyone from the little blonde beauty on reception to the cleaners, were just lovely. The hotel is just around the corner from the tube , so is well placed for sightseeing. And Brixton has its own charms. and cultural history.
