Had a group of 25 people (give or take) for a couple of nights. We had a lot of little changes (extra nights, different night, canceled and added guests, etc.) The staff were excellent in accommodating us through the many changes, and very prompt in responding. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely in tending to our needs. The rooms were very clean and the location is great. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely book another group here again. Thank you!
Place was clean and staff were friendly. Toilet is clean and have hot shower. There is also a McDonalds nearby and some shops. Place is near US embassy which is one bus ride away. Place does seem like it is near the ghetto part of London but is relatively safe. Just be mindful and vigilant. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place.
Great and affordable place in London. Nearby train and bus stations, good connectivity. A little noisy due to other guests and street sounds... but nothing terrible. Rooms neat and clean, nice and clean towels and beds. Rooms a bit tiny but cozy.
