We engaged APT Renovation for a complete design and renovation project of our rear extension & mansard loft conversion. Oliver from the pre-contract team came to my house in Streatham, and from our first meeting we were thrilled about what he said he and the team said we can achieve. 4 and a bit months later, all the work they have delivered has been above our expectations - we have really enjoyed working with Oliver. He came across us with the air of Kevin Mcloud (Grand Designs presenter) just a lot funnier and more involved on our project. The spaces in the house is fantastic but we miss the team after the project has been done.
APT Renovation helped with planning and built a ground floor extension + basement for our Clapham based home. The project started before lockdown but spanned into the starting of the pandemic, which often made on site meetings with project management irregular, but overall things proceeded well, the schedule overran the finishing time by two weeks which was fine and didn't cause too much inconvenience. We would highly recommend APT as the finish surpassed my expectations.
We are very pleased with the work that APT undertook on our home. We engaged APT for the design and build service and we have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. As this was our first building project we relied a lot on our building manager, Kole, who kept us abreast of all stages of the build and was always available to meet or answer our many queries. The support from Kylie in the office was also exceptional and very professional. We would recommend APT.
We are very pleased with the work APT undertook on our home extension. The end product is great, the team is always courteous, and the company clearly has integrity in its conduct. Kol and team treated our home with respect throughout, which is not always the case with other building companies. Lastly, from initial estimate to final bill was a difference within the usual contingency limits and it was always communicated about.
Kole and the team did a full renovation and extension (new electrics, plumbing etc..) in 2018 and were great. Very responsive and were great with the snag list and talking through different options. I needed something done recently and the team were quick to address the issue (two years on)!
