I bought my Golf here recently, and they gave me great service all in all, Adrian especially was a nice guy. They were very responsive over text about purchase as well as after sales. When we picked up the car they had their valet team do a great job delivering the car to us immaculate, like new. Been driving the car now for a few weeks and I love it. Only negative I would say is the test drive situation… not being able to test drive it till the day of collection is not the best for reassurance, but I’m not going to knock off any stars. I’d just say be a little bit more transparent and flexible about congestion charge. It may put people off. All in all though, I was very happy with the purchase and service I received.
The team here were very helpful. Opened the showroom on a bank holiday especially for us so we could view a car. They carry a good range of cars - we got a decent car at a reasonable rate.
Absolutely stunned with my experience, i had spent 2 months looking for a BMW and was either disappointed with the quality of the car I found or the irregularities of the seller. MMS did me a favour many other sellers wouldn’t, which was sending the car to my address for me to choose whether I would like to go ahead with the purchase. I purchased the car outside of my address and paid a very low delivery cost. Great communication with the seller and easy transaction. I would definitely recommend them as I will be sure to purchase my next car from them too.
Very happy with the service I received from Mayfair Motor Solutions. They let me view the car and test drive it before purchasing it. Adrian was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and sorted everything making sure it was all smooth.
Good dealership Effective and fast communication, they sent me a video on whatsapp before schduling an appoinment and explained the warranty coverage and financing options. They gave me a tour of the car during the viewing and gave me time and space to to examine it on my own. Very busy place, but great customer service and stock quality
