An excellent family run business. Staff always make you feel welcome. Great sale offers, excellent service and jewellery repairs. Since my first visit here i have always returned to have my g shock watches fitted with batteries or the straps shortened amongst several repairs of jewellery items i have always been satisfied with both the repairs and the cost. Thoroughly recommended.
I use this store all the time for gifts for family and friends. Prices are reasonable and affordable. The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful. Always a very easy and seamless shopping experience when in store.
Bought an engagement ring at a very reasonable price, offered free size fitting service afterwards. Very satisfied, good prices vs other jewellers in the area (and in general)! Staff very helpful and polite!
My last visit here was over a year ago (late review). I came to collect my watch that I was told was ready (Summer 2021). I came a few day later to be told it wasn’t and to come back in a week. When I came back in a week I was told the same thing. One Saturday I went back (two weeks after the original date I was given). I got to the shop 15 minutes before the stated closed time. They already cashed up and had one shutter closed but the door was still open and all the lights on. When I asked if I could collect my watch they refused. They were clearly in a rush to leave. I later saw one of the ladies at the train station before the closing time stated on both the website snd the store windows.
