Constructive feedback: Plenty of good roles on offer, but let down badly because their consultants DO NOT return phone calls or give feedback on jobs in which you have an interest or for which you have applied on line. Consequently you are left guessing at where you stand, and the overall experience of (not really) dealing with Communicate Recruitment Solutions has been very frustrating. It's ironic that communication is a weakness for Communicate-RS in this competitive sector. Recommendation: Deal with your potential candidates in a professional manner and they will start to rate you more highly than two stars.
