Montash reached out to me with no prior contact or any signalled interest in collaboration. They also lied by telling me that another team of ours was already working with them which wasn't the truth and they got ignored by all fellow engineering managers. After ignoring their aggressive mails for a while I joined a quick call to let them know that we're recruiting in house and that we don't need external assistance but that we would be the ones reaching out if that changes. That stopped the nagging for a while until they called me out of the blue on my private phone number to sell me their services. I tried to tell them that I've had previous contact and that I already made it clear that we're not interested in their services but he kept on nagging me about out internal recruiting processes and tried to sell me on again on their services. They obviously either scrape LinkedIn or buy your data via data brokers.
Montash is a very different place to most other IT Recruitment Agencies, the level of customer and candidate care is outstanding, the way how they treat their direct employees as well. Overall a great company and I would recommend !
I would suggest the company to be more responsive for people who company itself have arrange a call. Scheduling a call over an email and confirming it and not attending to a call or not informing if running late or answering email is not very Profesional as it seems that company doesn't consider that individuals wouldn't spare their time and delay some of their own work for this scheduled call. From your answer below it seems like emails are sent automatically which i was not informed beforehand. And also,what would you suggest if I already booker thr call and Montash sent me call arrangement email but person from Montash still not calling? Also, i couldn't see any answer for thr other part which I sent an email to this person at 9.06am cux she didn't attend to call, she neither answered my email nor called me as well. Still not clarifying why i was kept waitef for a scheduled call and email left unanswered. Sorry but it's not respectful for individual's time. Hwo you can have meetings, calls and etc wr also do have meetings, other stuff to deal, being non responsive and plus kept wait for 40 minutes, ignoring emails not nice at all.
